WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER?

As mentioned above, every single item on my website is custom printed just for you, this process takes 2 to 7 business days. You will receive an order tracking number via email (which you entered when placing your order) as soon as this process is complete and the product is delivered to the carrier.

The mail contains tracking number that is automatically sent to your email, so be sure to enter the correct email when placing your order.

WHY ISN’T THE TRACKING DATA SHOWING ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER?

Once you receive the order tracking number, the order is being shipped to you. However, it may take a few days for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days to activate for tracking data to show.

For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to activate for tracking data to show.
